Hi,
Could someone please explain the meaning of this image? It's a snapshot from CubeMX GPIO section.
Does it imply that PA12 and PA10 can be used as a single pin, or does it mean something else?

The reason I am asking is I am not able to Turn ON OR Toggle the pin PA12 I don't understand the reason why this pin gives me problem

By default, those pins are PA11 and PA12. You can set them as PA9 and PA10 instead with these checkboxes:

Hi TDK,
Thanks for your reply
I have not clicked on the checkbox still my PA12 pin is not used as output I have tried toggling to this pin, to verify my toggling is Ok I selected another pin which works ok but when I am going to use PA12 The pin is not toggling You can see in my attached image
Also, if I try to click on the check boxes then I cannot be able to click it looks like these checkboxes are disabled

Show your board, schematic, connections, etc. You're missing something in there.
Include your IOC.

Hi TDK,
Thank you for your reply.
Due to time constraints, we will proceed with selecting other pins for now. However, this issue still exists, and we will address it once the project is completed.

Thanks, Joe Williams.
I appreciate the support from the ST community. The issue still persists, but due to time constraints, we have decided to use other pins for now. I will revisit this issue once my project is completed.
