hii , we are using the STC3115AIJT to measure the SOC of the our litium-ion battery 4.2V 450mAH .

i attached the drawing

we have two problems

1- the voltage reg is correct but the SOC is alwayes 0 , we are using a full battery that we charged externally so the SOC must be more 98% .

2- i want to use the BATD pin to pull down the NTC pin of the our charger IC in order to disable the charger while the stc3115 calculate the correct OCV voltage , i connected the charger and the fuel gauge according to the recommended connection (figure 4) in AN4324

i checked the BATD pin in oscillscope in order to see if the pin goes low in order to pull the NTC pin and disable the charger , i didn't see that the BATD PIN goes low on the scope so the BATD is not behaving as expected.is there any thing wrong in the schimatic (*note :i replaced the R141 TO ZERO and R29 R40 is disconnected )
