Hi,
I have an IC which i traced back from a three phase inverter. I am trying to find the part number of the ic, but i couldn't find it. Can you help me to figure out the part number? For identification see the attached screenshot.
Thanks in advance,
Kevin

Looks consistent with being an TSH24IDT

I have checked again and can confirm that the marking 24I stands for the TSH24IDT.
Depending on the division, markings are confidential information, so they are unfortunately not always included in the data sheet, e.g. for discrete devices.
