Perhaps some older products using PC Parallel ports, though you'd need to find a junker PC of the era with old OS, etc. ie ST7-STICK or ST7 ISP
As I recall these devices had programming protection against miscreants.
You might be better using ODBII methods, or frankly on scene boards covering these topics.

thank you. I will check it out I have also on my desk programmer for STM8 and STM32. I found in the ST7 softwarfe that this programmer is supported so I installed the softweare but there is only LPT connection mentionined and I do not see an USB option :(

Yeah, you're dealing with 15+ year old tech, there's probably not much market for such things in the commercial space, and probably not at the price point you'd want.
