On www.st.com, there is no BGA package proposed for the STM32H743II. In other words, the STM32H743IIK6 is not proposed.CubeMX interface is coherent with ST parts offer.

That seems like entire non-sense, your documentation dating back past Oct 2017 says you're going to have a UFBGA176 part. And that's a Rev 3 production document.
STM32H743II - High-performance and DSP with DP-FPU, ARM Cortex-M7 MCU with 2MBytes Flash, 1MB RAM, 400 MHz CPU, Art Acce…
Thank you for your reply.
The reason I asked this question was because I already bought the STM32H743IIK6. Then I can use cubeMX to generate the STM32H753IIK6 program code to run.
It will be added next release
Hi Mr. Gharbi,
I also have already bought STM32H743IIK6 chip.
I would like to develop codes with CubeMX as soon as possible.
When can we expect next release of CubeMX update including STM32H743IIK6?
I also have STM32H743IIK6 chip.
I would like to know the date of CubeMX next release which supports STM32H743IIK6.
It will be available by the end of W22
