STM32F373R8 Getting trapped in HardFault_Handler for no reason

I was trying to implement a CANBUS code on my boards. STM32F373R8 CANBUS Communication 

Before that I used this simple LED Blinking code and see that code works:

However, after some struggling with the CANBUS, something happened and the same code doesn't work. It directly falls into HardFault handler.

Do you think somehow I damaged the chip? If so why? If not, how can I fix this issue? Thanks in advance.
