So is it now considered a feature that one can page back only to Feb 2?
EDIT BY ADMIN: I've branched this question as a separate discussion
Hi David, To what issue are you referring?
"Click to go to the next page" only goes back to Feb 2 "How many Max Slaves in SPI".
It can be overriden by manually manipulating the URL, but then quite randomly comes this:
thanks David Littell and waclawek.jan I'll raise a case immediately
It's similar with "Discussions" - only first 20 is displayed, as if there were no more (and there are 174 and again with manual manipulation of the URL they can be displayed):
Thanks, I'll add this further screenshot to the case.
Btw, I just got confirmation that by design Jive blocks "start=" values greater than 200 to prevent full scraping and high DB load, so you can only reach the oldest discussions by using the arrows (which are broken, I know, but we are working on it right now)
Btw, I just got confirmation that by design Jive blocks "start=" values greater than 200
... and you'll probably believe me that I did not get there just by clicking the right arrow...
Please don't tell jive... :-)
can you confirm if the issue in your latest screenshot, where you can only see 20 items out of 174,
is also present in other forums of our community?
The supplier (Jive/Aurea/Lithium) is having issue to reproduce the same behaviour, so they need some extra info.
Thanks in advance
The problem appears to be bound to Discussions. Only STM32 and STM8 forums have >20 Discussions (I might not have checked all); STM32 has problem STM8 does not:
But then I went to the "global" Contents and that has the problem too:
The supplier (Jive/Aurea/Lithium) is having issue to reproduce the same behaviour,
Why am I not surprised?
Hi David Littell waclawek.jan
the issue should now be solved.
Can you try again from your side and please confirm?
I went back 42 pages and it seems OK.
