I am interested in making a super lighter projector for my own lab. I have 32 super LED that I picked up from a LCD TV (broken TV don't worry ). By using the TV power, I measured the following: Vf=3V, If=280mA.

My goal is to design a LED driver that allow me to vary brightness (LED current) simply by using a variable resistor.

eDesign suggest me to use LED6000, but I don't see how I can modify the design to be able to vary the LED current.

What you suggest me to use?

Thank you.
