Support for sin/cos motor position encoder

We plan to build a high power PMSM controller based on Stm32f303 (for this motor for a start Motors DC and PMAC :: Motenergy ME1115 Brushless Sine/Cosine).

Before we start, we are evaluating the FOC library and the existing tools, but the latest version of Stm32100 (v 4.3)  does not seem to support sin/cos encoder. Is it coming in future versions? Could we compute the position and feed it to the 32100 library in real time? Do we need the source code of 32100 to do that? Is it at all possible?

Thank you.
