I having traouble with the H-Bridge "VNH5180A". I tried to find the problem now for some days, but I wasn't able to find it.
The H-Bridge haven't the right output voltage.
At the Pins of the Bridge are these voltages. I measured them with an oscilloscope:

designation

Voltage before the resistors

Voltage at the pins of the H-Bridge

Attached is a picture of my layout, of the datasheet from the H-Bridge and an Osziloscop picture of the H-Bridge output Out_A -Out_B.
Thanks for your help in advance.
