I'm using BlueNRG-132 chip. As per the datasheet it is difficult to achieve recommended soldering profile without reflow oven. I have tried conventional ways of soldering like using soldering gun and hot air gun. In both cases, I need to raise soldering temperature above 300°C which results malfunction in chip operation due to substrate damage. I have also tried low melt solder paste with no clean flux. In that case also I need to atleast bring temperature to 250°C which results in 50% chips work and 50% fails. Please anyone guide how to solder this chip with conventional tools available in lab.
