Good to see that more ST FAE and engineering staff are present in the community. For those still lurking please participate and share problems/solutions that you frequently encounter. These don't have to be customer specific, but generalized experiences that can reduce the workload and noise from simple yet repetitive issues. The more mind numbing stuff we can address here, the more mind expanding stuff you can do.
If you wrote a script or tool to address or automate a customer request consider releasing it, even in a rough form, so you can magnify and scale the work/impact of them.
