Nucleo 64 - L053R8 SPI

Hello, 

I would like programming SPI communication betwen master and slave. With STM32CubeMX generated code for Keil with config for my board. In Cube activated SPI1 and HalfDuplex mode, other leave default. 

I couldn't found in generated code, clock config for SPI pins and Initialization of SPI1 Pin, I added this in my code but I didn't on SPI output nothing, where I have a problem?
