Input Capture - HAL library STM32F4xx

I want to get a frequency of an input signal using the stm32f4xx with the HAL library.
Signal comes in PB4. I checked the working input with a simple gpio configuration.

My following input capture code looks like this:

But the irq handler gets never called. (Without IC Config it does get called).
