STM32 toolchain for HiTop IDE

I have a STM32 Performance stick based on STM32F103RBT6 microcontroller with me and I have developed a USB keyboard application using HiTop IDE with Tasking C compiler. The firmware written works well.

Now I want to test the code written for it on the  microcontroller only. But I have decided to use the relatively low cost STM32F102xx series micro, which is enough for my USB application.

But in Hitop IDE there is no other option for other microcontroller selection, I have to use the Performance stick to work with it.
Is there any STM32 toolchain avilable for HiTop IDE or do I have to use other IDE like Keil.
