ELECTRONIC CARD DEVELOPEMENT

I have to develop an electronic card for driving a DC bipolar brush motor for traction use. I need drive it in PWM mode to change RPM and also I need to reverse polarity to change revolutions direction. PWM and directions signals are provided by an 8 bit microcontroller.
The motor parameters are the follow:
Rated Voltage= 12VDC, Rated Power=400W, Rated Speed=2800rpm,
Rated Current=32.9A, Start Peak Current=98.7A, Total Resistance=0.04Ohm,
Inductance=0.08mH, Torque Constant=0.033Nm/A, Voltage Constant=4.0V/K rpm,
Electrical Time Constant=2.0 ms.

Please can you help me with some tips and/or shematics examples, driving methods?
