Searching for STM32s with Advanced Motor Control Timers using the MCU Selection Tool

Hi,

I'm searching for a MCU with one or two advanced motor control timers to control 1 or 2 bldc motors.

For this purpose I use the MCU selection tool from here: STM32 family of 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) - STMicroelectronics

When I use the filter for one or two advanced motor control timers the MCUs from the STM32G series are never displayed and I don't understand why? How should I search for all MCUs with motor control functionalities?

Thanks for every hint!

Best regards,

Roger

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for this tip, I have also found this page STM32 Ecosystem for Motor Control - STMicroelectronics. Which is very useful because it shows an overview over the different MCUs for motor control applications.

What if you use the selector on the STM32G0 page?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
