Error while start debugging: could not determine GDB version using command: arm-none-eabi-gdb

Get this error when trying to start debug. Debug starts fine after I restart the IDE.

version of STM32CubeIDE is 1.13.1, Windows7.

Could you send the debug log which could be in the console or generated under: Debug Configuration>Debugger>Log to file

I'm using Segger J-LINK. There is no such option as Log to file
