Cube IDE 1.9 can't programm directly, I need CubeProgrammer 1.10 to mass erase flash to let IDE done debug or run.

This was not always happens. I am programming some apps that write and read directly to flash. and this happened after some programming and maybe missprograming example not realted to my board.

Device is stm32h743vit

I've changed reset behaviour type to:

Core reset

and it seems the problem solved, but I want to know why CubeProgrammer can program the chip even with sofware reset. which IDE can not?!
