Please use a genuine ST-LINK similar to the one mentioned in this article to ensure that it will be working fine.
Best Regards.

Hello @eldi25 and welcome to the ST Community.
It seems to be a Clone ST-LINK V2 product (not an ST product). More details available in the article: How to recognize a genuine ST-LINK/V2 versus a clo... - STMicroelectronics Community

Where did you get it?
Did you try a Google image search (Google Lens) ?
Indeed, as @STTwo-32 said, it looks like a rip-off ST-Link.

Hello guys, thanks for answer. @STTwo-32 @Andrew Neil
I used to have a unit from the antenna manufacturer but lost it, now I am having problems with the antenna and need to upload the latest firmware with the tool, I tried to find it on the internet so I could buy it but could not find it.

You could use any cheap STLINK clones but under your own risk, if you dont have a genuine STLINKv2 or v3 i would use the one included on nucleo boards
they all use the SW protocol to access and program flash memories of st products

Did you try asking "the antenna manufacturer" ?
You can buy a genuine ST-Link from any ST distributor.

You can buy fakes/clones from Amazon, ebay, ali express, etc ...
