stm32cubef4 uart examples does not work on discovery f429?!

It seems ST new tools have no check before release and they are not perfect and reliable for

projects.

I connected the Tx and Rx (PA9,PA10) of dicovery together,but does not work, it seems

Rx and Tx does not work at the same time.

If I disconnect Tx section will work! if at Tx time there is Rx bytes , then firmware hang!

have bug in driver!
