Hi, I am facing issues with upgrading fp-atr-astra1 version 0.1.2 to the latest firmware update, which is 2.0.1. What I do is I directly upgrade the firmware using the Android app "The Ble Sensor." I upgraded by selecting a file called "STMicroelectronics.FP-ATR-ASTRA.pdsc." After I had done that, the firmware went to Fota mode v.1.0.0, and I realised that all the sensor functions were not working when I used on ST asset Tracking App, plus the hardware was not functioning as well. I need some help I am still new in this microelectronic field, can someone lead me to the correct way to fix this??
