Hi lor.jon,
Please ensure that you are using SWD instead of JTAG (only SWD connection protocol is supported for STM32F0xx Devices) : Project Options --> Debug --> ST-Link Debugger --> Settings --> Debug --> Port --> SW. Best Regards, NouhaOptions

Hi lor.jon,
did you resolve your problem?, I have the same issue but with IAR IDE project. I connect the STEVAL-IDW001V1 with the STM32F0 evaluation board and cannot program/flash the microcontroller, have SWD configured as the main debugger in properties.Options

The obvious things to look for would be, is the board correctly orientated, is the board powered correctly?
Does it work if the daughter board is removed?Does it work with ST LINK Utilities?Does it work if you play with the connect under reset settings?Does it work if you jumper BOOT0 High?
