"Modern feel and look" prevailed over usability, navigability, and common sense.
The fact, that the site nags about obsolete browser is a clear indication of the level of incompetence of the creators.
Should anybody from ST answer, please do so under your own name, don't hide behind the Moderators.
Users, if agree, please post a "+1".

PS. Yes, this *is* STM32-related. Accessing the primary STM32 material - however scarce it is - got harder again,.

Customers, management and sales need one portal, technical/community needs another. I agree new site is too much fluff. +1

New WebDesign.... HORRIBLE!!!
I am using a PC, Windows 10 and LATEST firefox...
Is it designed by a groupe of kindergarden rejects? or a amature designer? It is horrible.
It is damn buggy in the technical funtion. It has useless and anoying animations that do not fit on a technical site but on a kindergarden page. It is damn hard to navgate and use.... Click... SlipSlidePOP...wtf were did to go... hmmmmm
TIP: Split it in two sites: Sales, flash, animations, sound.. anything you can..... TECH: Plain static webpages WITHOUT sliding/moving/poping useless design an just static text/pictures/links...
TIP: You do not have to use a function/effect just becos its there.... On a site like ST.COM it is not usefull or add anything functional... It is like designing a 1000 line program to change a bit from 0x0 to 0x1... USELSESS BLOATING....
TIP: If it aint broken DO NOT FIX IT!
TIP: Remove all moving/sliding and let someone NOT IN THE DESIGN TEAM or MANAGEMENT test it BEFORE you put it on the prodution/public server...
We visit this site for facts and software, not to be dazzled by flashy USELESS animations and bad coding of website...
Could someone go fire the person/s that had the job of designing and signing off on this "new" design and please help them off the premisses with a swift kick in the ***....

Dear @VK Verma could you clarify where you were accessing the Newsletter subscription field in the previous website?

> That immediately shows that it's written by low IQ code monkeys.
I'm not so sure.
There use to be the "Garbage In, Garbage Out" problem. An abstruse architecture with unclear specs will not result in a trailblazing product. Blame shifting is usually one part of the game, with the better-paid managment position have the upper hand.
Pertains to larger software projects as well as websites.

Hi Francesco !
As you can experience with the new web "Latest From ST" section with News and Blogs is now 4 full mouse scroll far as compared to previous version of web UI ( which was on the top left side).
This change attracts extra efforts from viewer to know what new product launched etc ..
Therefor I suggest to please bring this section at a easy view able position.
Regards,
VK Verma

Very much agree.
And I need to add, the forum login ist still a horrible mess.
Only one out of ten times it works as expected, most of the times I need to input the credentials twice or more, or even and up with a "page cannot be displayed" error.
And I wonder which ***** came up with the idea redirect one to the login page at logout.
Please, remove all sales and management folks from any decisions concerning GUIs and sites only frequented by engineers.
