Hi,

We have build a led driver circuit using STP40NF20 -- 2 nos in parallel, the issue i am facing oscillation issue in Drain pin (Vled ), So kindly support in this regards..

There is no information about your idea and the schematics so far.

As I can see, you control the MOSFETs separately via one opamp each, whereby the opamps each amplify linearly with a factor of 11. However, it is absolutely not a good idea to control LEDs linearly, because their light emission depends not only on the flowing current, but also on the specific LED chip and its temperature. In addition, you want to work with a input control voltage between 0...5V, but because of the VDD of +12V, only a maximum of 12V/11=~0...1.1V can be used, even less if it is not an R2R opamp.

As far as connecting the stages in parallel is concerned, this is not a good idea with either linear or PWM control. Instead, the MOSFETs should be connected directly in parallel.

It would probably be best if you explained exactly what you want to achieve so that suggestions can be made.
