I'm currently engaged in testing the STEVAL-l99615C board and experimenting with demo codes sourced online. I was able to run demo codes but I have a minor inquiry regarding the voltage output at pins CH+ and CH-. Despite my battery packs being at 14.1 V and the code indicating a correct measurement of 14.1 V, I'm observing an output voltage of 26.7 V at CH+ and CH- from the BMS and even though I am connecting a motor at these pins, the motor is not running and no current is being drawn from batteries. What could be causing this disparity in the output voltage and current?
