Is it possible to buy a STPMIC1E programming dongle without the whole eval kit ?

My colleague already has the kit so I'm only interested in monitoring and the simplest tweak. A whole dev kit would be a waste.

We have 2labels for STL140N6F7 which are PBT different and TYPE different, TYPE STL140N6F7$F6 with PBT 260C and TYPE STL140N6F7$F9 with PBT 225C

We've purchase a batch of STL140N6F7 and got 2labels: there are STL140N6F7$F6 with PBT 260C and STL140N6F7$F9 with PBT 225C ,are these 2types in Mass Production? would you help to check what is the difference ? thanks.

* LED2001 Can I use "VINA" to use it as enable ? "PWM commercial module" is used. When this board is powered on, high is output for 500msec and then pulse is output. So when the power is turned on, I want to keep the VINA pin low for 500msec.
