Replacement part for M24M01-DFCS6TP/K

M24M01 parts, other than the wafer option, are currently NRND. We have a design that uses an M24M02 and want to add two M24M01s on the same bus. Is there a pin compatible replacement for this part with the same configurable I2C address capability, or do I have to look into options without pin compatibility?

Thanks

The part you mention is the 8-WLCSP, is that the "form-factor" that's critical here, vs the M24M02 in what form?

Got to 100K parts in the channel, what's your demand? Can you inventory/hedge against you life time usage?

Aren't there other AT24 devices with this same 8-ball configuration, it looks familiar

The design hedge would be to dual-foot print as a SOIC8 or DFN8 type package. So you're not locked in, and frankly could use a bigger I2C EEPROM, you're already at 3-byte addressing. Or pin header I2C and power so you can get a dirty cheap daughter board fabbed.

Different classes often have different I2C slave address space
