1. Can someone please tell me the differences between the ST10F276 and the ST10F276E - the ST10F276E appears to be an automotive part but scanning through the datasheet does not highlight the differences between them.
2. The various _Cxx silicon revisions, for which an errata is published under the application specific automotive pages on the ST website, for the ST10F276E, is not published for the ST10F276. Does this mean that the ST10F276 has no errata?
3. And finally, is there a document listing when the various silicon revisions were issued for the ST10F276 and how these can be determined from the package markings as the IDCHIP value appears to be the same for all three revisions.
Please do not ask me to contact my local distributor as this has not been successful on previous occasions as we use a contract manufacturer based in the US and none of the devices are purchased locally.
