You mentioned that STM32MP13 can also run bare metal, does the bare metal code runs at full A7 core speed? Please suggest the Eval board and developer documentation for bare metal on STM32mp13.

The bare metal can run full speed on STM32MP13 but you have to take care about the expected product life time : see AN5438 "STM32MP1 Series lifetime estimates". The bare metal delivery will run on STM32MP13 discovery kit, already available on st.com. The delivery is expected later this year and it will be documented in the existing Wiki https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/Main_Page .
