I need to obtain an IBIS model of an ST part for signal integrity analysis. I was unable to locate an IBIS model on the ST.com website. Please advise.
IBIS models (IBIS = Input/Output Buffer Information Specification) according to ANSI/EIA-656A. In fact, many of them have been published our website - on related product pages. see this example:
Proceed directly to product folder of selected ST part or use SEARCH with filter options like this:
If required IBIS model has not been published we will have to contact responsible Product Division, so please either
