Win10 F4 USB CDC not data transfer

Hello,

I want to use USB to transfer data from temperature sensor. I have Win10. With CibeMX i create CDC device only program. I have installed ST Virtual Com Port Driver. When i run termital - it determine device COM3 and even can connect successfully. But i don't see any data transferred from F4, when i'm trying to send data to F4 terminal just stop to respond or does nothing. I will be OK with any solution, with HID or any, but i spend 2 days and nothing!.. HELP!
