What can cause a STM32F407 to fail to execute the firmware at 0x08010000, but execute the bootloader at 0x08000000, even if I have completely re flased both of them with a ST-LINK. It works on all the boards, except 2 of them. same board revision. !!

The only part I am not familiar with is all the registers, is there something that may have been corrupted, and I should set back to some values ???

Check that option bytes are the same, particularly WDG_SW. If those are the same, probably a hardware issue.
