Warning on loading STM32cubeMX 4.18.0 project with the new 4.19.0 version

Hi,

When I load a STM32cubeMX 4.18.0 project with the new 4.19.0 version I get the following warning: 'The Firmware Package (STM32Cube FW_F4 V1.14.0) required by the Project is not the latest version available in your STM32CubeMX Repository.' (please see attached image).

The problem is that I have the last version that I downloaded from your repository (the same 1.14.0 version)!?!

Same problem, asking again to download 328 MB. I have already downloaded version 4.19.0 STM32Cube V1.0

However, source code is generated and saved in some folder.

Problem- no connection to ide mine is Eclipse.

Hello All,

This is the normal behaviour.

CubeMX is the executable to be able to build a project.

But the firmwares are downloaded on demand, depending on the selected SoC.

The message you get simply means that the library has been updated to a new version, and cube is asking either to continue to use the 4.18 compatible version, or to upgrade to the latest one.

If you continue, then the 4.18 version wil be use, and it is still compatible with CubeMX4.19.
