Doesn't Segger have a support forum?

Surely this error suggests you haven't correctly selected the STM32F2 as the Target CPU, so it would have some understanding it needs to work with the internal memory as apposed to a JEDEC responding NOR device.

Can't the standard J-Link utility read the internal memory?
