STM32L476rg nucleo board LD1 is giving out green colour after i flash the board . is there problem in the board. I am trying to toggle the LD2 and its not happening? can anybody guide me

Hi thanks for the reply i have uploaded snap shot of my problem. it is very simple program. please have look and suggest me if anything is wrong and you can see in the below image that LD1 is green after flashing and LD2 is not on.
