STM32L476 ST Peripheral Library Support For This Part ??

I looked through the available ST Peripheral Library support and don't find a library for the STM32L476 part.  Is there an available ST Peripheral Library for this part?

No.

If you must use a ''library'', ST recommends Cube, and/or its LL part.

I don't have to use.  I'm asking specifically if the STM32 Peripheral Library is supported for this part.  Or even more plainly does ST provide a HAL for this part.  I don't write code for nothing, and I don't code up my own HAL if ST provides a HAL.
