STM32L443VCT6 ADC fault

I've been tinkering around STM32 (L443VCT6) for a couple of weeks now and one thing I don't get is

I'M USING THE ADC_IN 10 CHANNEL. MY ADC MEASUREMENT REMAINS THE VOLTAGE RANGE ON THE PIN LEGS, HOWEVER, MY ADC VALUE IS INCREASING. AFTER 4095 IT IS NOT READING CORRECT VALUE ON OTHER ADC CHANNELS. I DON'T THINK IT IS A HARDWARE PROBLEM.

What am I missing here?

We provide many ADC examples in the L4 Firmware package that you can refer to in order to be sure that it is not a hardware problem.
