Hi,

is the Datasheet of the STM32F769xx uncomplete? Where can i find the chapter of the electrical characteristics?

This document is a data brief. STM32F769xx device is not yet generated.

Once the device is on the market, The datasheet will be published on the web

Because customers with specific access, have engineering samples and preliminary documentation?

Those using Digikey, Mouser, etc, probably not so much.
