STM32F400CBT6 - looking for (english) datasheet

Looking for English-language datasheet for STM32F400CBT6 MCU.

I've attached Chinese-language datasheet (downloaded from jlcpcb.com/lcsc.com) and a link to a selection guide (https://static.stmcu.com.cn/upload/Selection_Guide.pdf) which tells me that the part exists but may not be marketed globally. Is this the case?

Pretty sure ST's addressed this in the past. As I recall it targets a specific Chinese niche market, absent licensed IP like USB, CAN and ETHERNET

Thanks! I compared tables (not narrative) between it and STM32F410CBT6 datasheet (the part I'm interested in substituting with STM32F400CBT6) and didn't see any differences so far. For my purpose, I suspect so far it is a usable alternative (I don't plan to use any specialized interfaces, just serial ports, timers, GPIO, ADC, etc....)
