STM32F4 Discovery Board and CooCox

I have started to use CoIDE to build codes to STN32F4 Discovery board. 

Any advice for using ''only'' ST supplied peripheral drivers and libraries? I do not want to use CoIDE wizard to deliver required/ selected drivers and files. However, I have encountered many troubles while building the ST projects for

example.

Look at how other GNU/GCC chains (Atollic / RIDE) structure projects, how include paths are specified, and where libraries are pulled from.

Most of the pros here aren't using CooCox, would suggest their forum as a starting point
