The Memory Protection Unit (MPU) is a feature that is only implemented in some members of the STM32F1xx family.

Is there a simple table which I can peruse to determine which members have the MPU, and which don't have this feature?

    Hi,

You should refer to the corresponding device datasheet to see if the MPU feature is present in the STM32 type you are using.

    You can refer to this

    http://www.st.com/content/ccc/resource/technical/document/programming_manual/5b/ca/8d/83/56/7f/40/08/CD00228163.pdf/files/CD00228163.pdf/jcr:content/translations/en.CD00228163.pdf

, it can help you in section 4.2 Memory protection unit (MPU)
