STM32 line suitable for medical devices

I have used the STM32F1 and F4 series.

I would like to know which line is advisable to medical device development ie. insulin pump, Blood glucose monitor.

on the website i found that f1,f2 series can be used.

I think they have specific terms for life-safety, aerospace and weapons type usage, and the indemnification of ST against liability.

You should perhaps be talking with the local sales/support offices, about specific applications and use cases.

Agree: Except for wider temperature range like industrial, by default, most semiconductor are "consumer grade". Open any datasheet and read the disclaimer at the last pages.
