STM32 90nm. Any news?

    If anybody knows something about the 90nm STM32, please share it with us. I’m curious about the new peripherals, flash speed, CPU speed, number of ADC, ADC speed, Pin counts, etc.

    If we knew, we couldn't tell because the company hasn't announced the details of the new product offering yet.

    However, it is the nature of the business to increase performance on newer product offerings. Especially when a process change is involved (geometry down to 90nm). It wouldn't be much of a new product if it was worse than the previous one (don't laugh - it happens sometimes)

    I don't think that will happen in this case. At a minimum, you should expect more memory and higher processor clock speeds from the reduced geometry. And don't forget, we will always want more features for less money. Oh, we want lots of pins, but we want it small too. :p
