ST-Link Utility Latest Version 3.9?

I can only find ST-Link Utility version 3.8 on the website. There is a PDF with a note that says that the latest is ST-Link Utility 3.9.

Could someone post a link to the latest version?

I have checked internally and it is confirmed that the actual available version is 3.8 and 3.9

version

will be avaialble in the few coming days. Juste the pdf hava been update a little early.
