Problem with B-L475E-IOT01A connection to the PC.

Hi everyone,

first of all, sorry for my english, and I don't know if i should post this here, so i'm sorry if not.

I have a problem when i connect the B-L475E-IOT01A board to the pc. It shows me a error message: "error, not recogniced device connected, malfunctioned isue".

The micro is runing ok, i mean the leds switch on except de multicolor debug led, so its not a power problem, But i can't debug or do anything else...

Can someone help me?
