PHY and ETHERNET Tutorial

Hi Programmers,

I Would like to ask if you have links for GOOD tutorials for

STM32f4 Discovery / STM32-E4(Olimex)

Basic UDP as client and as server for arm

Basic TCP as client and as server for arm

I am bleeding with the example presented by Olimex, I will try with ST when my ordered board comes..
