Have you looked at the IAP examples for the processor, I think there is code and documentation? Review and ask specific questions about aspects you don't understand/get.

Define the type of 'Air' you are working with.

Review the FLASH Erase and Write functions in the SPL, you can update the content with data you push across the 'Air', using appropriate protocols available. ie XMODEM, HTTP, FTP, TFTP, etc...

ST maintains a list of contractors and consultants if you are looking for people to work on your project.
