    Hi vikram;

    Welcome to the STM32 world :).

    For the begnning, the datasheet depends on the device that you will work on it. STM32F101x (access line) or STM32F103x(performance line). So you have to download the exact datasheet.

    Also you have to download the reference manual that contains all the details of the product, after that you can download the firmware library.

    Select: STM32 (Arm Cortex M3)32-bit Microcontrollers. And select what you want to download: Datasheet, Reference Manual, Firmware, Application note etc...

    Hi All,

    I am to tally new to ST Microcontrollers.

    We would like to start a new project and selected STM32F103T

    Please give suggestions and let me know from where I can start.

    I have gone through the datasheet but it is not that helpful.

    Where I can get a detal datasheet considering SFRs and internal architecture description.?

    Suggestions,Support advice are welcome

    See the RM0008 Reference Manual, the Flash Programming Manual and the Cortex M3 Technical Reference Manual for complete information
