MICRO sd CARD INTERFACED THROUGH SPI ?

Is it possible to interface micro SD Card through SPI of STM32F103VET6.

I cannot use the SDIO pins as all the serial ports are reqd . and they are multiplexed with it .

Also can anyone provide me with a link to the datasheet providing the pin configuration of a MicroSD Card ADAPTOR as it will be reqd. also .
